

ACM (Aluminum Composite Material)
ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) is the generic description of a lightweight, rigid panel made of two pre-painted aluminum sheets bonded to a polyethylene core. The core can be solid or corrugated. Simco fabricates this material using multiple brands including DiBond®, Omega-Bond®, Alumalite®, and others.
ACM is best utilized for background panels that can be cut to shape. The material is excellent for indoor or outdoor use, available in in multiple colors and finishes. In addition, ACM can be directly printed onto, or have a full coverage digital print applied for custom background finishes/colors.
ACM excels in both flat signage (vinyl lettering/digital printing) or to act as a background for mounting dimensional letters. It's high strength, light weight, and cost effectiveness make it an excellent choice for custom signage needs!
