PVC (KÖMACEL®)

PVC products are versatile, durable and offer great depth choices. Excellent for dimensional letters, logos, backgrounds & directional signs, for interior or exterior use. PVC is stronger than Gatorfoam, and less costly than acrylic. While PVC products do have a semi-porous edge that is not as smooth as acrylic, when painted they have a finished, professional look.

Simco uses KömaCel® PVC brand exclusively, due to the extra dense makeup and hard, smooth skin face/back. This combination yields the strongest durability of all PVC brands, while being the only brand able to withstand exterior conditions (some restrictions apply). Available in unpainted semi-gloss white, our Kömacel® PVC products are available in all thicknesses listed below, able to be painted in any matte or satin finish.

PVC easily mounts with double sided stic-tape, or can be stud mounted on thicknesses 3/8" and greater. PVC can also be can also be laminated with Mica, Metal or Acrylic laminates, or have Digital Dimensions™ or Neo-Plex™ applied to it.

Available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" thicknesses. By special order, satin black KömaTex® is available in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" thicknesses.
