Neo-Plex™ is Simco's exclusive process for applying a clear high gloss dome coating to the face of our dimensional products. This luxurious, high luster finish incorporates a 'wet dome effect' that substantially intensifies all colors and mica laminates. Neo-Plex™ creates a lush depth of color, creating a visually dynamic array of light and reflection.

Unique to Simco, our proprietary technology utilizes a special epoxy formula that is robotically applied to the face of our dimensional letters, logos, graphics, & plaques. After application, all coated elements are moved to our drying room, where a microwave-type curing process is activated to ensure uniformity, hardening, and proper bonding.

Neo-Plex™ can be applied to any painted, Mica laminated, or Digital Dimensions™ product line. This one-of-a-kind offering is unmatched in attracting extra attention and greatly enhancing offices, interiors, and retail/trade show displays.
